"You" or "your" refers to the user/customer.1. Use of the Site You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site or place orders. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site.2. Products and Orders All products are handmade or hand-assembled by us. Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in color, size, shape, ribbon placement, or other details may occur compared to photos. These variations are normal and not defects.We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailability). If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.Custom orders: When you request a custom bow or product, we will provide an estimate or quote. Once you approve and pay, the custom item is made specifically for you and is generally non-returnable except for quality issues (see Section 5).3. Pricing and Payment All prices are in USD and do not include shipping, taxes, duties, or import fees (your responsibility if applicable). Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider(s). We do not store full payment card details. By providing payment information, you authorize us (and our processor) to charge the amount for your order plus any applicable taxes/shipping.4. Shipping and Delivery We ship primarily within the United States via USPS, UPS, or similar carriers. Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs (for international orders), or other events beyond our control.Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier. Title passes upon full payment.We provide tracking when available. It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. We are not liable for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages due to incorrect addresses or if left at the delivery point per carrier policy.5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Due to the custom/handmade nature of our products, most items are final sale and non-returnable/non-refundable except in cases of proven defect or our error. If an item arrives damaged or materially different from described, contact us within 1-3 days of delivery (include photos). We may offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Custom orders are typically non-refundable once production begins. Refunds (when approved) will be issued to the original payment method within [7-10] business days after we receive/approve the return (if applicable). Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.6. Intellectual Property All content on the Site (photos, descriptions, logos, designs) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. You retain ownership of any photos or materials you provide for custom orders, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for fulfilling your order and promoting our products (e.g., in our portfolio or social media, unless you request otherwise).7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, products, or services—even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. We provide no warranties, express or implied, beyond any manufacturer warranties on materials (if applicable). Products are sold "as is," except as required by law.8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of products, or infringement of third-party rights.9. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas (or your state if required), without regard to conflict of laws principles.
